Our guides and audit notes are general information about search, AI search, ads and websites. They are not legal, financial or tax advice. Search engines and AI platforms change their rules often, so check the sources we link before you rely on anything.

No guaranteed rankings

Nobody controls Google, Bing or any AI assistant, so nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking, a placement or a mention in an AI answer. We promise the work, the reporting and straight answers, never a position.

Quotes, fees and ad spend

• Every quote is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts.
• Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google or Meta, from your own account.
• Monthly plans can be changed or stopped as set out in your agreement.

What's yours

The code, content, accounts and data we create for you are yours once the work is paid for. We may describe the kind of work we did for you in general terms, and we only use your name, results or words publicly with your permission.
